Satchmo’s has everything to give you a true four-step lobster experience, including the tank and the thermador!

Fresh Lobster in Tank 

Deciding on the lobster at Satchmo’s is just the first step of the dining experience. And it’s definitely an easy choice! The second step is directing the chef to the exact lobster you want from their out-door tank. It’s worth mentioning that Satchmo’s is one of the only restaurants around with a live lobster holding tank. That alone convinced me! Step three allows you to have a personal chat with the chef, at which time you have the option of letting the chef know how you’d like your shellfish. You can have your lobster grilled, themadored or even curried! And lastly, step four involves you enjoying perfectly cooked, highly seasoned, succulent lobster! It’s a dining experience that is truly personalized from start to finish.

Of course no lobster dish would be complete without additional side dishes. Satchmo’s recommends the loaded baked potato or their savory fries both of which complement the lobster well. The lobster at Satchmo’s is an absolutely delectable dish!
