Pollo Fettuccine Alfredo at Angleo’s

Angleo’s is synonymous with fine food. And their Pollo Fettuccine Alfredo is a fine take on pasta!

Pasta is a favorite of mine, but because I have it so often, it’s rare that I find something that really tickles my palate. But the Pollo Fettuccine Alfredo at Angelo’s breaks from the routine and dials up the flavor.

The dish mingles the little ribbons of fettuccine pasta with sautéed chicken breast in fresh cream, parsley and parmesan cheese. The chicken is tender to the touch, and the sauce medley is absolutely delectable. The pasta too is cooked to perfection. I believe al dente is the correct term; firm but not hard. This really allows the hot cream and cheese sauce to be absorbed by pasta for a mouth full of flavor in every bite. The striking flavor of the whole dish however, has to be the subtle but unmistakable hints of parsley that permeates both pasta and sauce!

The Pollo Pettuccine Alfredo convinced me that Angleo’s certainly knows pasta!
